Plan to enable us to present the final report to SLF 50
1. Closing date for outstanding annexes 3 November 2006
2. Informal interssesional meeting 13-18 November 2006. The High Commission of South Africa has agreed that both the November and January meetings can be held at the South Africa House situated on Trafalgar Square. For security and catering the chairman wants to know at least 1 week in advance that you are attending. This meeting will consider the outstanding annexes supplied as per item 1. It is the last opportunity to make substantive changes to any of the text, chapters and annexes.
3. Informal interssesional meeting 15-20 January 2007 at the South Africa House at Trafalgar Square. This meeting will consider all the text and annexes, minor changes and editorials and complete the report to SLF 50,this has to be submitted to IMO no later than 26 January 2007.
4. Chairman suggests that the group meets 3 days before SLF 50, but this can be sorted out at the January meeting.
5. SLF 50, 30 April-4 May International Coffee Organisation, London.

* Documents of 50 pages or less have to be submitted 13 weeks prior to IMO 13 weeks prior to a meeting, 1 week must be taken added for each additional 20 pages. We must therefore be in a position to finalize at our meeting in May, and therefore the final draft has to be available by 19 May 2006
